| Our sister organization "Shyam Forgings Pvt. Ltd., Unit-II, Steel Division" is engaged in the field of steel Casting / Ingot, with a capacity of 30000 ton per year. The unit has been designed/set up taking into consideration the ongoing surge in demand of steels.
The unit has been set up for manufacturing specialized steel grades. |

Our steel manufacturing unit is equipped with all the latest & state of the art equipment to produce best quality steel, namely
- Induction Furnaces: Supplied by Inductotherm (India) Ltd. is one of the leading manufacturing of Induction Furnaces in World. Capacity 5 Ton.
- Laddle Refining Furnace : GEC Make, is used to produce low inclusion quality Steel. Capacity 15 Ton.
- Spectrometer: Imported directly from Spectro, Germany, is one of latest technology based Spectro for testing all major elements.
- Portable Spectro: Again imported from Spectro, Germany, is used to do on site testing job.
- VOD/VD (For elimination of gas from liquid metal): After Installation of this equipmant, we are among selective 4 or 5 player in Indian market having this equipment. The steel, which can produce from it, will contain very low level of inclusions, to get high quality steel.

We have a capacity to manufacture Ingots from sizes 3" X 4" upto 27" X 30", rounds from Dia 25 mm upto Dia 156 mm, RCS from 50 mm to 125 mm. Also we can manufacture casting in all grades upto 15 MT single pieces.
We have the infrastructure to cater Steel, Cast Iron & S.G. Iron Castings of any specification & Size from 50 Kg to 20 MT Single Piece. Our Products also include S.G. Iron, Clear chill and Alloy Steel Rolls for various Rolling Mills .
